- How to recognize it: If you look at the screw head, you’ll notice four extra tick marks (small diagonal lines) between the main cross arms.
- Advantages: The flanks are parallel rather than tapered. This provides much more grip and drastically reduces cam-out. It is the standard for European hardware and classic wood screws.
